    I saw Dr. Lessard today for chronic neuropathic pain in the face following surgery in 2004. Although there is no magic solution, he has shown exceptional listening, patience and generosity of heart. He took the time to explain my situation and the possible means to improve my condition. I came out confident and motivated. The nurse who works with him is also very kind. Thank you.

    Friendly and professional staff. However, the Drs are ALWAYS late. The first time, I waited in the exam room for 50min, the second time 15min, and the 3rd time there was so much delay that I was offered to go to your Dr.

    Very bad service, I paid the consultation with Dr. Lacoste, it took more than a month to communicate with my dentist who confirmed me that it is Dr. Lacoste who must contact me. I had no follow-up, after several weeks I was able to have an appointment that cost me 1 hour waiting without seeing the specialist. It's useless to keep adding customers, if you do not have the time and staff to satisfy the ones you already have.
